Specific payment terms will be outlined in the Service Agreement. Advertising budgets are loaded directly to Meta Ads accounts by the client — Vegaecom LLC does not hold advertising funds on behalf of clients.
Either party may terminate the service engagement with 15 business days' written notice. In cases of material breach of these Terms, Vegaecom LLC may terminate services immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
